Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by location. On average, it takes 3–7 business days across India.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. You can also use the “Track Your Order” option in our menu.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
A: Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. No extra charge!
Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If there’s any issue with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How do I request a return or refund?
